GE_Forum_AdStudents in the Great Expectations programs at 12 Virginia Community Colleges are gathering in Richmond for tomorrow’s 3rd Annual Education Forum.

More than 100 students will be participating in educational opportunities ranging from sessions on managing stress, money and social media, to hearing from C. T. Wilson, a prominent Maryland prosecutor who overcame many obstacles to succeed.

And, they’ll get a chance to meet and have fun with their peers from across the Commonwealth.

Invited guests will join the Great Expectations youth at lunch tomorrow for Mr. Wilson’s presentation and remarks from Chancellor Glenn DuBois and board members from the Virginia Foundation for Community College Education, which sponsors the Great Expectations initiative, which provides foster youth an opportunity to succeed in college and beyond.
